If Agent silent script is run with SCCM or Desktop Central - it will run under users NETWORK SERVICE or LOCAL SERVICE, so there's no way it will start Agents for signed-in users right away. Agent will start only after log-off/log-on or restart.

Personal Dashboard login user and Agent-running user should match. Otherwise you can't see Live Feed.
